About Caminix Valve Grinding Machine CMX-W Model
This grinding machine is suitable for grinding the sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat. The grinding motion trajectory of the valve disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat has both revolution and rotation. The grinding surface roughness of the sealing surface can reach Ra0.8um, and the coincidence degree is ≥80%.

Machine Structure & Working Principle
The WT type valve body grinding machine is made up of electrical control system,motor variable frequency system, reduction mechanical system, angle adjustment working table system, and grinding shaft grinding disc system.
The operation of WT type grinding machine:
According to the valve body sealing surface angle, adjust the working table angle ( By angular), make the valve body sealing surface at the horizontal position, and find the centerline of the valve body sealing surface (by orientation ruler), by means of working table orientation block to orientate, and then use the gland bolt to clamp the valve body,
According to the valve body size choose the related grinding shaft and grinding plate, by foot treadle to stamp the grinding shaft coupling to higher ( With handle pressing rod to press the foot treadle, install the grinding shaft grinding plate and then release by handle), put in the grinding rod and grinding plate,
According to the valve body size use the transducer to adjust the grinding plate rotation speed( 25-200RPM),and then use the spring adjust the nut to adjust the grinding plate force and start the grinding.

The WG type valve body grinding machine is designed to grind the gate valve globe valve check valve seat grinding , The machine is made up of mechanical system,hydraulic ststem,electrical control system and cooling water recycling system. It has wide grinding scope and easy simple operation. The grinding disc speed can be adjusted, the hydraulic cylinder can make the work table 0-6 tilting degree adjustable, The hydraulic cylinder can clamp and release the grinding valves, the beam can be 90 degree rotation and manual lock for easy valve loading, The grinding disc and rotation connection is soft connection, remove the machine assembling and process tolerance.
