Overview
Thermostatic valve and thermostatic faucet testing machine equipment located in the production workshop. It can quickly complete the calibration of valve temperature and the test of water cut-off function.

Hot water temperature: 60-80 degrees (manual adjustment) fixed temperature.
System design
The temperature control of the hot water adopts the instant heating type, the volume of the hot water tank is about 1m³, and the electric heating boiler is set up, and the temperature is controlled at 60-80 degrees. The mixed warm water returns to the hot water tank, and the excess water is discharged through overflow.
The cold water is buffered by a water tank, and the tap water is used to make up the water directly. The pressure of cold water and hot water required by the valve is automatically controlled by the use of frequency conversion, and the adjustment is stable, convenient and rapid.
A total of 3 flow meters are used, including cold water flow, hot water flow and mixed water flow. The installation of the valve adopts the quick clamping method through the starting mechanism. The pressure after the valve is adjusted by the manual valve.
Electrical design
Use Siemens PLC programmable controller and digital adjustment table for control.
The temperature and pressure are automatically controlled by the regulating table, and the PLC collects, displays and judges the temperature, flow and pressure. The data of the automatic control motion state is directly read out by the touch screen, and the operation system is abnormal and set.
When the number of experiments arrives, the buzzer will alarm in time, and the screen test data can be printed at will. The test data is 100% accurate.
